simple everyday gluten and dairy free recipes.
I’m a mum of three young boys, currently living in a caravan in the heart of Dairy country, Waikato, New Zealand. Two of our boys have dairy and gluten intolerance’s. Running a business as well as keeping up with the boys, I don’t have time for complicated ingredients or recipes, join me as I share what works for us.
three boys,
we never slow down

This is Riley he’s twelve years old, my first baby, always helpful, the leader of the pack but also kind and caring. Having dairy and gluten causes him tummy upsets.

Here is Bayley he is nine and hangs out in the middle. He is full of energy and never afraid of standing out from the crowd. He has no intolerance’s/allergies.

Dustin has just turned four and a bundle of snuggles, climbing, laughing and energy. From an early age his skin has reacted to dairy. This summer we noticed gluten tomatoes and strawberry’s also give him a reaction.

why follow us
I don’t pretend to be a doctor, infact im not an expert at all. what i am is a mum of three full on boys who doesn’t have the time or the money to buy fancy ingredients, or ingredients that my kids won’t eat. I want to share what I find so that other mothers out there have a place to come and learn and share.
Always make sure to double check anything you are buying. while my kids react their reactions aren’t life threatening, and i am fully aware that there are kids out there who are. Make sure you are careful!!
